Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our products and we value customer satisfaction. You may return your product first 30-days after receiving the order for any reason. whatsoever. After the 30-days you may not return the product in exchange for a refund. Simply request a return from our return requests page, and once you receive the RMA and return label you may return the product back to us.

You will be issued a refund once we have performed a full examination of the equipment. In the inspection, we check the damages on the product, scratches, or wear and wear of the scooter. The refund issued will have costs of any damage deducted from the refund total.

You are fully responsible for shipping and handling, including shipping insurance, and are held responsible for lost shipment or any damages occurring during shipment. Shipping and handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you received FREE SHIPPING (which is a $80 cost) when you purchased the Ephesus, that shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.

Policy Outline

  • Prepaid return label will be provided, and pick-up will be scheduled by us if needed by the customer.
  • The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Package should be returned with the original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • The Ephesus Wheelchair or Scooter must be returned (shipped) back to us within 30-days from the date of when you received the order shipment
  • Any damages having occurred while in your possession will be deducted from your refund total, unless otherwise noted
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of the Ephesus Portable Power Wheelchair

Additional Info

  • Replacement parts may NOT be returned
  • Accessories may NOT be returned unless they were part of a promotional package deal with an Ephesus power chair..

Order Cancelation

  • If you cancel your order prior to SHIPPING but after processing of payment, there will be a cancellation fee of 6%.
  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
  • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

What is 30-Day Return Policy?

All of our models come with a 30-day return policy. You may return the product back to us following the steps above.

Can I get an estimated refund amount for my wheelchair/scooter?

Yes, please contact us, and we will tell you all the details about the return / refund process. 

How long does it take for me to get my refund? 

It takes 1-2 days to inspect the returned package. Then, we refund the amount following the Return Policy.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We stand by the quality of our products and add protection to our packages. However, if for any reason you receive a damaged product, please contact us, and we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you.
