3 Year Warranty Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and offer 3-year warranty on our models. Please contact us immediately if you are having trouble with your Ephesus Model, or if it has stopped functioning completely. We will provide a technical support to troubleshoot the problem. If technical support does not solve the problem, we will ship you the replacement part that is under warranty for free.
Replacement parts will be shipped out through ground shipping.
Any service and labor fees to replace parts under warranty must be paid by the user.
Due to its innovative design, most warranty parts can be easily replaced by the customer, a friend or family member can easily swap the parts.
The customer is responsible for any fees or charges (both labor and/or service) occurring from having replacement parts swapped out on your Ephesus.
The warranty only covers NON-DELIBERATE Damage. Any damage caused by improper usage, or normal wear and tear is not covered. The warranty is non-transferable.

Previous models: Ephesus M6, Ephesus S5, Ephesus L5, and Ephesus X3 are covered under 1-year warranty.
